Structural Design
This discipline is the silent sculptor of the vessel, you don’t see it too often but it shapes the vessel throughout its length.
So often there are construction designs that are cost and time expensive. It can be that there is big profile list, or to many plate stock or different details used that are make the workflow became no workflow, with constant interruptions during assembly of the vessel.
With a focus on optimization, cost and time reduction, the structural design is tailored based on good workmanship, where the materials are be calculated based on the requirements of the relevant classification societies and in accordance with the production department.
This approach is considering the other disciplines, such as interior and systems to efficiency use the space on board. The result guarantees a good workflow, with time and budget.
For a better structure optimization, FEM method is often used as a complementary solution to resolve stress concentrations, improve stiffness distribution, and reduce unnecessary mass.

Other Services
Naval Architecture
Naval architecture is where every vessel truly begins. We define the hull, proportions, and structural logic that determine how the craft will move, perform, and endure at water.
Marine Engineering
Marine engineering gives the vessel its operational capability. It defines how power is generated, distributed, and controlled, and how essential systems interact to support performance, efficiency, and safety at sea.
Reverse Engineering
Reverse engineering allows us to understand and accurately reconstruct an existing vessel or component, even when original documentation is incomplete or unavailable.
